Bukovsky, Jr. of Plano and Laura Ann Bukovsky of Sevierville, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Jake Bukovsky, Brooke Bukovsky, Rain Bukovsky of Alaska, Denise Knight and Brittny Bukovsky; his great grandchildren, Cody Knight, Liam Knight, Maddie Bukovsky, Jack Belton and Ryder Bukovsky; his siblings, Gary Bukovsky (Diane), Bill Bukovsky (Barb) and Gail Angone; and his siblings-in-law, Ron Greger (Nancy) and Diane Williamson (Joseph). He was also cherished by Several Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces, Great Nephews, Cousins.
