She was predeceased by: her father Ole Bromeland; her stepmother Amanda Bromeland; her mother Ermal Rogers Bromeland (Rogers); her husband Leslie Thorson; her son Wesley Thorson (Dawn); and her siblings, Ole Bromeland Jr. and Genevive Jensen (Larry).
She is survived by: her children, Karen Peterson (Russ) of Plano, IL and Roger Thorson (Traci) of Leland, IL; and her grandchildren, Brent Peterson (Stephanie), Jeff Peterson (Angela), Tyler Peterson (Liz), Karlie Nesson (Dusty), Eric Thorson (Melissa), Mandy Garnett (Mike), Ryan Thorson (Elisa) and Torey Thorson (Meghan). She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
