He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Russell and Estella Russell (Elmore); his daughter Angela Jean Sisko; and his siblings, Bob, Calvin, John, Larry, Kenny Russell, Anna Mae Osborn and Alatta Dare.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin Russell of Florida, Alan Russell of Wheeler, Illinois and Kimberly Williams of Somonauk; and his stepdaughter Angela Streff (Tommy) of Plano.
