He was predeceased by: his siblings, Val (late Jerry), Millard (late Mary), Henry (late Hilldred), Curtis (Mary) and Ken.

He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his sons, Bobby (Cristy) and David (Cherise); his stepchild Ashton King (Nathan); his grandchildren, Delaney, Harper, Samuel, Jackson, Benjamin, Nicole Jones (Terry), Jesse Starkes (Lee), Jessica Wagler (Ashton) and Alana Royston; and his brothers, James "Bo" (late Jean) and Harold (Mary Frances). He is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
