She is survived by: her children, Earlene Watson, William Emmanuel Collins (Melissa), Maurice Collins (Sandra) and Camille Erving (John).
Regardless of vaccination status or government mandates, the Collins Family is asking ALL guests to wear a face mask or covering while at the funeral home.
