He was predeceased by: his siblings, John Welch, Frank Welch (Ginger), Mike Welch (late Linda) and Margaret Herold (late Will). He is survived by: his wife Lucy; his children, John Welch, Ann Wright (Gregg), Joseph Welch (Laura), James Welch (Andrea) and Peggy Young (Rick); his grandchildren, Amy Garcia (Anthony), Adam Wright, Marissa Welch, Tyler Welch, Connor Welch, Luke Welch, Daniel Welch, Ryan Young, Kevin Young (Abbey) and Megan Young; his great grandchild Zoe Lucille Garcia; and his sisters, Mary Peeters (late Fred), Sally McKensie (Mac) and Sue Murphy (John). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great friends.
