He was predeceased by: his parents, Srisaghat Chanapai and Boonsong Chanapai; his daughter Amber Chanapai; and his sister Nitiluk Chanapai. He is survived by: his children, Amy Gramata (Carl), Chad Chanapai and Megan Chanapai (Jacob Rose); and his sibling Sopa Chanapai.
