He was predeceased by: his former wives, Jean Tulke and Jane Stephans; his parents, Joseph Kaczkowski and Mary Kaczkowski; and his siblings, Wally, Casey and Josie.
He is survived by: his children, Tom Kaczkowski (Judy), John Kaczkowski (Melissa) and Donna Orr (Rick); his grandchildren, Bryn, Lisa, Mike, Marissa, Kaylee and Amanda; and his great grandchild Autumn.
