It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Kovalik of Plainfield, Illinois, born in Streator, Illinois, who passed away on August 20, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, David Kovalik and Patricia Kovalik (Reed). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Kovalik of Plainfield; his children, Amanda Woolcock (Ben) of Joliet and Marty Kovalik of Manteno; his granddaughters, Ella "Kai" and Kinsey Woolcock; and his sisters, Tracy Tharp (Gordon) of Dallas and Cheryl Kovalik of Mesa, Arizona..
