It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Allan Kriz (Plainfield, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on December 4, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Kriz and Lorraine Kriz; and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his wife Laura Lillquist; his children, Kirstin Schmidt (Nathaniel), Katie DeRoss (Bobby) and Spencer Kriz (Leslie); his grandchildren, Natalie, Brody DeRoss, Harper, Fiona and Camille Schmidt; and his brothers, Richard and Donald. He is also survived by two daughters, a son and five grandchildren.
In light of the pandemic, a private funeral will be held for immediate family, and a public celebration of life will be scheduled for mid-year 2021.
