He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Emmett and Alta Mae Emmett; and his sister Linda Emmett. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean; his daughters, Christine Vimarco (Phil), Karen Emmett and Colleen Eartly (Chuck); his grandchildren, Kerry Stephens (Janell Gardner), Stephen Todd Drake (Jillian Leah Garza), Alaina and Emily Eartly; his great grandchild Abby Mitchell; and his siblings, Jackie Edlund (Carl), Sharon Nepermann (Gig), Gary Emmett (Paulette) and Duane Emmett (Sherry). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials in Ted's name can be made to the American Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association.
