She was predeceased by: her father Arthur Krieger; and her nephew Andrew Dyer. She is survived by: her husband James E. Vowels of Plainfield; her children, Stephanie Vowels and Kevin Vowels; her mother Joan Krieger of Joliet; and her siblings, Linda Fietterer (Chuck) of Joliet, Barb Dyer (David) of New Lenox, Karen Marcus (Marty) of Boston, MA, Bill Krieger (Jean) of Portland, OR and Bob Krieger (Karrie Kunke) of Joliet.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name to the Melanoma Research Foundation, 1411 K Street, NW Suite 800, Washington, DC 20005, would be appreciated.
