It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven C Smotrys of Plainfield, Illinois, who passed away on November 8, 2020, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Smotrys and Kathy Smotrys; and his father-in-law Joseph J. David Jr.. He is survived by: his spouse Lauren Smotrys; his sons, Jacob, Benjamin and Nicholas Smotrys; his mother-in-law Kathy David; his siblings, Jenny Jaloway (late John) and Michael Smotrys (Jessica); and his nieces and nephews, Ally, Rachael, Joey, Samatha, Sophie, Jack, Henry, Charlie, Kate, Chewy and Gus.
