He is survived by: his wife Irene Sandoval; his children, Monica and Mateo Sandoval; his parents, Samuel Sandoval and Carmen Sandoval; and his siblings, Gladys Sandoval, Selene Sandoval, Elsa Sandoval-Davis, Alberto and Osvaldo Sandoval. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
