She is survived by: her husband Sam Koch; her children, Dillon Kazar O'Toole, Caite Frances, Claire Ardys Hennessey, Sarah Koch, Morgan Bushell, Madison Royce, Meghan Rhys, Mitchell Gordon Parrish and Lucian Gentry; her great grandchild Meleina Rose; her mother-in-law Ardys Koch; her grandchild Amah; and also, Sangell Mullins (David), Conor Delevan, Carson McGrath Mullins and Samantha Hennessey.
