She was predeceased by: her parents, Dan Gallagher and Helen Gallagher (Graham); and her sisters, Mary Detig, Doris Schmitz and Ruth McConville.
She is survived by: her husband William A. Freeman; her sons, Bill Strong (Kathy) of Ottawa, Steve Strong (Judy) of Ottawa and Mark Strong (Christine) of Aurora; and her stepchildren, John Freeman (Wendy) of Rolling Meadows, Leslie O'Connell (Mark) of Hayward, WI, Jim Freeman (Carisa) of Antioch and Barb Webb (Dave) of Arlington Heights. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
Due to the global pandemic, funeral services will be private.
