It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert John Stevenson of Plainfield, Illinois, who passed away on June 29, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stevenson and Laura Stevenson; and his siblings, Katherine Pirates and William Stevenson. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley M. Stevenson; his sons, Mark Stevenson (Yvonne "Bonnie"), Paul Stevenson (Sandra), David Stevenson (Lauri) and Brad Stevenson (Nikki); his grandchildren, Jeff Stevenson (Candice), Kevin Stevenson (Jessica), Lyle Stevenson, Thomas Stevenson, Mason Stevenson (Megan), David Stevenson (Tania) and Evan Stevenson; and his great grandchildren, Jared, McKenzie, Kayla, Emilee, Rylee, Nathan, Aiden, Matthew, Miles, Maxwell and Maverick. He is also survived by married the love of his life.
