He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Snover and Hazel Snover; his sister Janice (late James); and his niece Kristine Courtney. He is survived by: his wife Janice G. Snover; his sons, Norman Snover (Dawn) and Frank Snover (Cristan); his grandchildren, Brandon, Michael, Conrad, Blake, Bailey and Wyatt; his great grandchildren, Maci and Reagan; and his nephew Brian Courtney (Michelle).
