He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobbi Ayres and Doug Ayres. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Ayres; his children, Ashley Elisabeth Johnson (Terrell) and Justin Michael Ayres; his grandchild Trace Johnson; and his siblings, Michael Ayres, Heather Ayres, Andrea Ayres (Charlie Deets) and Alayna Ayres. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, godchildren, close friends.
