He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Wortman and Maxine Wortman. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Ingrham (Jerry), Richard Wortman Jr., Tracy Wortman and Shane Wortman (Nicole); and his grandchildren, Amber, Chris, Nicholas, Shane II and Jade.
