He is survived by: his wife Hazel; his children, Karen McCord (David) of Plainfield, IL, Brian Eaton of Joliet, IL, Linda Bernhagen of Lockport, NY and Cyndi Bittenbinder of Naperville, IL; his grandchildren, Devon McCord, Lauryn McCord, Garrett Bernhagen, Alyson Bernhagen and Brianne Bittenbinder; and his siblings, Charlotte Terneus and John Eaton.
