He is survived by: his parents, Irene A Miksanek and Richard Joseph Miksanek; his siblings, Sue Boehlke (Tom), Roseann Ingersoll (Scott), Rob Miksanek (Missy) and Bill Miksanek (Kris); and his nieces and nephews, Nick, Alex, Matt, Amanda, Renee, Ian, Tyler, Maddie and Jake.
