We are sad to announce that on August 24, 2022, at the age of 54, Philip G. Siefken of Plainfield, Illinois, born in Elk Grove Village, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Kathleen Siefken (Lathrop). He is survived by: his father Gene Siefken of Dubuque; his siblings, Robert Siefken of Longmont, Colorado and Tara Sirna (Peter) of Clinton; his nephews, Donivan and Parker Sirna; his niece Fearah Siefken; and his great-niece Chloe Sirna.

Memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society.
