It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia L. Cremeens of Plainfield, Illinois, who passed away on December 13, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Graham and Mary Graham; her former husband Thomas Cremeens; her brother Thomas Michael Graham; and her brothers-in-law, Richard Cremeens and Timothy Cremeens.
She is survived by: her children, Carrie M. Hartley (Robert) of Rome, OH, Thomas E. Cremeens, Jr. of Plainfield, IL, Michael C. Cremeens (Kristen) of Lehighton, PA and James Cremeens (Ewelina) of Plainfield, IL; her grandchildren, Shelby Barron (Nick), Patrick Potter, Abigail Hartley, Michael Hartley, Katelynn Hartley, Joseph Hartley, Kaitlyn Cremeens, Oliver Cremeens, Maxwell Cremeens, Elliot Cremeens, Lila Cremeens, Aiden Dugan and Connor Dugan; her siblings, Kay Ferrario (Dan), Bob Graham (Barb), Jane Culkin (Dan), Dick Graham (Janet), Rose Waller (Jeff), Jim Graham and Mary Henneberry (late Tim); and her siblings-in-law, Michael Cremeens, James Cremeens (Judith), Mary Mudron (Martin), Maureen Cercone (late Thomas) and Katherine Johnson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; as well as countless great friends.
