She is survived by: her daughter Katherine Martinez; her grandchildren, Jessica Gutierrez and Jared Ragle; her great grandchildren, Amari, Aniah, Ashaun and Azyr Clerk; and her brother Thomas Shook (Michelle). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, loved ones and friends.
