It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Ann Mazurek (Plainfield, Illinois), who passed away on March 7, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lottie Mazurek (Glowiak) and Mitchell Mazurek; her son Timothy Mazurek; her son-in-law Bryan Morrison; her sister Marilyn Woods (Mazurek); and her nephew James Woods.
