It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael T. Walker of Plainfield, Illinois, born in Joliet, Illinois, who passed away on September 21, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Walker and Leona Walker (Kretz); and his great-aunt Lillie Waldvogel. He is survived by: his wife Penelope Scherle (Penny); and his son Jonathan.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made as gifts in Michael's memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital or to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
