He is survived by: his wife Charlene; his children, Kim Pavlik, Marty Pavlik (Rose), Kelli Bishop (Brad) and Kristin Carellas (Nick); his grandchildren, Rendon, Austin, Marty, Taylor, Jake and Dylan; and his siblings, Alice Burnett and Wanda Spallerio.
