She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Gruben; her sons, Richard Gruben, Jr. (late Pamela) and David Gruben; her granddaughter Kim Jelm (late Allan); and her siblings, Veronica Hylka, Marie Schwab, Helen Williamson and James Jones.

She is survived by: her sons, Bruce Gruben (Jean) and Stephen Gruben (Rebecca); and her grandchildren, Michael Gruben (Janet), Julie Brinkman (Rob), Meredith Avery (David), Peter Gruben (Julie), Bruce Gruben (Melissa), Thomas Gruben, Jennifer Searls (Keith) and Jason Gruben (Lindsay).
