She is survived by: her husband Timothy R. Smith; her children, Aryn Nelson (Juniper Bender), Aidan and Adam Smith; her mother Rhonda Jurgel (Fouts); her sister Lana Richards (Jurgel); her niece Hailey Richards; her sisters-in-law, Sheila and Maureen Smith; her friend Ronald Ruthenbeck; and also, LeeAnne Spencer and Gary Jurgel (Lisa).
In lieu of flowers, memorials, if desired, can be made to the family for Aidan and Adam's future education, or to Lightways Hospice.
