She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Shultz; her parents, Salvatore Vasta and Mary Vasta; her siblings, Tony (Irene), Art Vasta (Alice), Francis Dee (Tony) and Marianne Santolupo (John); and her grandson Michael Shultz (Miracle Michael).
She is survived by: her children, Mary Blohm (Steve), Lisa Garvy (Joseph), Marla Isaacs (Bill), Katherine Bender and John (Beth); her grandchildren, Rebecca Pobutsky (Nick) and Matt Blohm (Molly); her children, Nicholas, Daniel (Emily), William, Charles, Amanda Garvy, Brett, Christopher Dimick, Lauren, Emily, Sarah Bender and Anthony Shultz; and her great grandchildren, Lyla Pobutsky, Patrick and Madelyn Blohm.
In lieu of flowers, donations are welcomed in Lucille's name to the Miracle Michael Fund (http://www.miraclemichael.org), established in fond memory of grandson Michael Shultz, to benefit organizations supporting research and a cure for Osteogenesis Imperfecta.
