He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Banach and Irene Banach. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Banach; his sons, Brian Banach (Sheryl) and Greg Banach; his siblings, Christine Sudeikis (Tom), Carolyn Urban (Dave), Irene Budz (Jim) and Jim Banach; his sister-in-law Patricia Banach (late Thomas); and his grandchildren, Amy, Alyssa, Matthew and Andrew. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
