We are sad to announce that on July 24, 2019, at the age of 77, Linda M. Klinger (Plainfield, Illinois), born in Normal, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Chester Moberly and Mae Moberly; her husband William J. Klinger; her children, Eric Poynter (Julie) of Wildwood, MO and Jodi Nye of Plainfield, IL; her stepchildren, William Klinger, Jr. (Robyn Floyd) of Shorewood, IL and Roberta Jo Corey; her grandchildren, Todd, Michelle, Katherine Poynter, Collin, Ryan Nye, Courtney Floyd and Joe William Klinger; her sisters, Sharon Moberly of Tampa, FL, Rebecca Moberly of Plainfield, IL, Anita Grenier and Ann Moberly; and her nieces and nephews, Lynn Brooker Bryan (John), Jeromy and Anthony Smith.
Linda worked as an executive secretary for several firms throughout her life including Gassensmith and Senesac and Engineering Systems Inc. She fought Parkinson's Disease for many years with strength, courage, grace and determination.
