He was predeceased by: his parents, John O'Brien (Harry) and Clara E. O'Brien; and his sister Mary Rose Paquette. He is survived by: his wife Velma O'Brien; his child Paula Tutt (Charles) of Wheatland; his grandchildren, Angela Callaway (Gordon), Stephanie Van Dyke (Doug) and Elizabeth Locricchio (Robert); his great grandchildren, Jessica Agnew, Lindsay, Logan, Joseph Callaway, Jacob, Abigail, Mathew, Arabella Van Dyke, Cameron, Kyle Locricchio, Connor, Nathan, Sierra, Jonathan, McKenzie-Rae O'Brien and Adelade Ritche; and his great great grandchild Ella Agnew.
