He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Frances Feeley, Margaret Feeley, Kenneth Clear and Ethel Clear. He is survived by: his brother Joy Feeley (Kris Kelley) of Mattoon; and also, Jennifer Feeley (Mike Thomas), Timothy Feeley and Brian Feeley (Tiffani) of Hillsboro Missouri.
