He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis J. Blaese; his mother Clara "Dolly" Eye; his stepfather William Eye; and his siblings, Joseph Stock III and Bonnie Scoggin (Bill).
He is survived by: his children, Jackie Blaese-Schmitt, Art Blaese, Ken Blaese II (Cindy), Robert Blaese (Susan) and Susan Gavert (Rob); his grandchildren, Marty, Allison, Cailyn, Robert, Christopher, Luke, Kenny III, Cassie and Tyler; and his great grandchildren, Sage, Joey, Taryn, Trent, Austin, Masen, Brayden, Bennett, Maverick and Cameron.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Lightways Hospice and Serious Illness Care in his name would be appreciated.
