He was predeceased by: his son Adam J. Calkins; and his parents, Robert Calkins and Nancy Calkins. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer L. "Jenny" Calkins; his son Zachary S. Calkins of Plainfield; his siblings, Kirk Calkins of Plainfield, IL, Kevin Calkins of Plainfield, IL and Kathe Hawkins of Plainfield, IL; his parents-in-law, Annette Deininger (Steve Horath) of Elwood, IL and James Stalzer-Ward (Kitte) of Hersher, IL; and his brothers-in-law, James Ward, Jr. (Buffy) of Hersher and Sean Ward of Elwood.
