She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond G. "Ray" Hustad, Sr.; her grandson Michael R. Hustad; her parents, Theodore "Ted" Ethun and Aletta Ethun Klade (late Ted, Sr.); and her siblings, Lorrian Ethun (late Helen), Richard "Dick" Klade (Beverly), Gerald "Jerry" Klade (Trudy) and Alice Askey (late Bill).
She is survived by: her son Raymond Hustad, Jr. (Sharon) of Plainfield; her grandchildren, Linda Hustad of Plainfield and Laurie Cooper (Danny) of Lawrenceburg; her great grandchildren, Alyssa Sorensen (Bill), Katelyn Beard, Tristan Bryant, Christina Bryant and Michael Carroll; her great great grandchildren, Preston, Christian, Chase, Elizabeth, Connor, Aria, Logan and Audrey; her siblings, Theodore "Ted" Klade (late Lois June), David Klade (Karen) and Delores Lavin (late Ken); and her sister-in-law Gladys Blase (late Frank).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Kay's name may be made to the donor's favorite charity.
