She was predeceased by: her parents, Sophie Appleby and Bernard Appleby; and her brother John Appleby. She is survived by: her husband Bob Boreham; her children, Keith Boreham of Fox Lake, IL, Todd Boreham (Jill) of Plainfield, IL and Annette Osuch (Ralph) of Plainfield, IL; her grandchildren, Jeff and Jorie Osuch; her brothers, James Appleby (Teresa) of Burbank, IL., Robert Appleby of Burbank, IL. and Ralph Appleby of Burbank, IL.; and her significant other Cubbie. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
