He is survived by: his wife Beth; his children, Christopher and Cayla (Tyler); his mother-in-law Joyce; his siblings, JoEllen (Dale), Karen, Karl (Donna), Karla, Mitchell, David (Gina), Lisa and Michael; his siblings-in-law, Rick (Sue), Sharon (late Tim) and Dianne (Jeff); and his nieces and nephews, Rich (Amanda), Meghan, Alyssa and Lauren.
