Domek (Kristine), David Domek (Lynn), Lenore McArdle (Thomas), Christopher Domek (Mary Beth) and Paul Domek (Holly); his grandchildren, Matthew Domek (Natalie), Clarissa Domek, Corey Fennessy (Jamie), Casey Domek (Kelsey), Scott Domek (Adam Havens), Samantha Lopez (Carlos), Janelle Siddiqui (Zayn), Brian (Helena Fugiel), Connor Domek, Elise McArdle (Eddie Chapman), Melanie Domek, Luke McArdle, Kevin Domek and Colin Domek (Aly); his great grandchildren, Jackson, Ryleigh, Anabell, Oliver, Benjamin, Jane, Cameron, Collette and Nolan; and his brother Alphonse Domek (Barbara). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
