He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph A. Mazzuca and Alice Mazzuca; and his siblings, Donald Mazzuca (late Judy) and LaVerne Ranahan (late Casey). He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, Dale Mazzuca (Robin), Mari-Jo Broche (Ed) of Western Springs, IL and Wade Mazzuca (Brandy Bearden) of Midlothian, IL; his grandchildren, Lisa Broche, Rene Dwyer (Dan), Barrett Broche and Brandon Mazzuca; his great grandchildren, Braydon Broche and Quinn Dwyer; his sister Sandra Malenchik (Robert); and his sister-in-law Leslie Lucy (Mike). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

For those who would like to leave a lasting tribute to Joe's life, memorial donations may be directed to a Veteran's organization of one's choice.
