He is survived by: his parents, Dana Basham of Plainfield, IL and Frank Iovino (Susan) of Homer Glen, IL; his siblings, Samantha Iovino, Sarah O'Connor and Tyler Basham; his grandmother Darlene Edmonds; and his uncles, Kris Fiala (Robert), Dawn Cain (Allen), Phyllis Simon (Mickey), Terri Ciffone (Jerry), Gabriel Iovino (Denise) and Arthur Iovino (Diane). He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
