We are sad to announce that on February 23, 2025, at the age of 63, John Richard Boedeker of Plainfield, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact John Richard had on those he encountered along his journey. Though John Richard may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Boedeker and Ruth Boedeker. He is survived by: his wife Mary Boedeker (Kaski); his son Kyle Boedeker; and his brothers, Donald Boedeker, Craig Boedeker (Debbie), Brad Boedeker (Kathy), David Boedeker and Keith Boedeker (Barbara Sladek). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Anderson Memorial Home & Heartland Cremation Services (21131 W Renwick Rd, Plainfield, IL 60544). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
