With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Polchan of Plainfield, Illinois, who passed away on August 19, 2020 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Polchan and Mary Polchan; his sister Pearl Bak (late George); and his brother-in-law Don Koldon. He is survived by: his wife Constance "Connie"; his children, Thomas Polchan (Kathy), Kevin Polchan (Darinka), Mark Polchan (Lynette) and Jeanine (Pete); his grandchildren, Mark, Johnny, Nicole, Mitchell, Gracie, Alyssa, Nick and Peter; and his brother-in-law Ron Koldon.
