He is survived by: his sons, Marcus and Kyle; his grandchildren, Madden and Paityn; his wife Hazel; and his siblings, Bertha, Ivory (Theodore), Michael and Michelle. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, in-laws, relatives, and friends.
