He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew A. Horn and Jane Van Horn; and his sister Roberta "Bobbi" Van Horn. He is survived by: his children, Jessica Morrie (Nick) of Joliet and John B. Van Horn of Plainfield; his stepdaughter Carrie Delrose (Mike); his children, Samantha Delrose and Angelina Delrose; his grandson Michael John Morrie; and his sisters, Carole Applegate of Scottsburg, Janice Reiner of North Carolina and Andrea Clarkson (Paul) of Plainfield. He is also survived by dog "Doja" and his nieces, nephews, and many great friends.
