With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joanne Kay Carlin of Plainfield, Illinois, born in Knoxville, Illinois, who passed away on June 28, 2020 at the age of 74. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joanne Kay Carlin to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joanne Alta Carlson and Kenneth Wilber Carlson of Galesburg; and her siblings, Sandy Carlson and Kenneth Carlson of Ill. She is survived by: her brother Carl Logan Carlson; her fiancé Brent Veleker; her goddaughter Christy Carvin; and her friend James Carlin. She is also survived by her numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and dear friends.
