She is survived by: her siblings, Anderson Spurlin, Owen Spurlin (Lena), Amelda Thomas, Amanda Watkins and Mildred Leonard; her children, Andre Foster (Barbara), Grace Foster, Valerie Deere (Charles), Donna Foster, Dorrie Foster, Olivia Foster and Devon Toliver (Steven); and her grandchildren, Andre Foster, Kristen Clower (Michael), Alicia Denton (Arien), Jennifer Davis, Valerie Donoso (Ismael), Curtis Foster (Linnea), Raja Zahid (Courtney), Baleace Ashley Foster, Joshua Toliver, Elijah Toliver and Caleb Toliver. She is also survived by her eleven greatgrandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and loving friends.
