She was predeceased by: her mother Genie Painter; her former husband Earl Sharp; and her siblings, Otis "Oats" Painter, Louise Sharp, Mary Peck, Bobby Painter and Elaine Curwick.
She is survived by: her children, Raymond Sharp (Diane), James Sharp and Jerry Austin (Christine); her grandchildren, Jason Sharp (Amy), Wendie Wojack (Adam), Matthew, Justine Sharp, Noah and Sloane Austin; and her great grandchildren, Justin, Payton, Payzlee Sharp, Masen and Raquel Wojack. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and Mya, her faithful feline companion.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name can be made to the Will County Humane Society.
